We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 6 +years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of architecture. Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client and team base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 6 + years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
- Oversee junior architects and designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and review of design documentation and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are met and resolve any onsite issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders to communicate design progress and project milestones.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulations.
