Mahantesh started his architectural career in 2004 after graduating with distinction. Today, with over 17 years of professional experience, he has successfully handled projects worth Rs.450 Crore, covering 1 Million SFT across residential, corporate, retail and high-rise complexes.

He is a registered member of the Council of Architecture, BNI and is also connected with industry veterans with 30+ years in the field. His wealth of knowledge and experience with the local by-laws of Bangalore City immediately give the common man, developers and builders an added advantage. In his free time, Mahantesh trains with the Jayanagar Jaguars, a group of long-distance runners and fitness enthusiasts. His most recent feat was the ‘Life Is Calling’ 10K Marathon.
