This is a story of a family who requested for a simple modern house. The client prioritized functionality over aesthetics, and minimalism is also a way of life. The design is simple and functional. Both husband and wife are working. A repetitive pattern of vertical slats gives a sleek modern look and stylish appeal to the space and teams up nicely with other facade elements like the wood and stone cladding, glass railings, huge windows, and wall paint.

30 by 40 feet plot House in Bangalore:

Making the most out of the space, by stacking up with mass, vertically in a 30 Feet X 40 Feet plot. A simple modern house design with a repetitive pattern of vertical slats and a CNC panel for the perfect play of lights. The fixed window allows a thread of light that creates distinct lines on the floor and adds a warm ambiance to the space. A simple sunscreen-styled pergola provides filtered shade to dwelling walls.

By opening up the space, this concrete contemporary structure uses repetitive vertical slats which gives a sleek modern look. The CNC panel in the corner catches rays of light, while the sun goes down and creates a dramatic effect with the play of shadows. The simple frame around the window and the planter box adds aesthetic to the building by creating a clean line and providing a neat finish to the facade. It also helps to stop rain from entering the rooms and reduces sky glare. 

Foyer Area :   

The transitory way is the perfect spot to showcase your console table, an ornate mirror, the best painting, or delicate decors. A warm and welcoming foyer area can create a bold first impression and sweep your visitors off their feet.

The grill is placed due to security reasons, and the pattern of the grill shows a play of light and shadow. The foyer area is graced by the tulsi Katte’s natural appearance. The grills protect the foyer from outside obstructions like the weather and thieves.

In this simple modern house, the living room is double-height, with a skylight on the roof. The skylight floods the living room with natural light. The sofa perfectly complements the surroundings. Dark furniture is well-known for creating a rich atmosphere in any room. It also adds warmth and depth to the rooms.

The plain fusion of the colors creates a great ambiance in the living area, adding a wooden panel to break the monotonous, will add a nice touch to the paneling. The detailing is very elegant as well. The clean lines with polished materials give the space a more modern look.
