The 40×60 Lookbook
Ten real homes built on the same 2,400 sq ft plot in Bangalore.
The same footprint, ten completely different answers.
See which one matches how you actually want to live, before you brief an architect.
No cost. Sent to your inbox in under a minute.

You own the plot.
That was the easy part.

One home in this book produced 5,100 sq ft of built-up area. Another produced close to 8,000.
Fourteen pages, and none of them are filler.
- Ten completed 40×60 projects, one per page, with the actual renders and photographs.
- The same six fields on every home: plot, built-up area, floors, facing, what sits on the plot, and style. So you can compare them properly instead of just admiring them.
- A level-by-level breakdown of each house. What is really on the ground floor, the first, the second and the terrace.
- The trade-off every home made. Each page names what was given up to get the headline feature. This is the part a brochure never tells you.
- The real site constraints and how they were solved. A tree that could not be removed. Setbacks restricted to two feet six inches. Buildings crowding three sides. A renovation that measured differently on every side.
- Built-up areas from 5,100 sq ft up to around 8,000, so you can see what floors and setbacks actually do to the house you end up with.
Every one of these is built, or going up now.
Not concepts. Not stock renders. Ten projects from our own studio, each with the brief that shaped it.

FAQs
A few honest answers
Is it actually free?
Yes. No payment, and no requirement to hire us. We would rather you walk into any architect’s office knowing what to ask.
Does it include floor plans?
No. Each home gets a written level-by-level breakdown of what sits on every floor, which is the part most people actually need at this stage. Full drawing sets are shared directly with clients.
My plot is not exactly 40×60. Is it still useful?
Mostly, yes. The planning logic holds for anything in the 2,000 to 2,800 sq ft range. If your site is closer to 1,200 sq ft, ask us for the 30×40 edition instead.
Will somebody call me after I download it?
We will send the book, and one follow-up asking whether it was useful. If you want to talk about your own plot, there is a link in the book. If you do not, that is completely fine.
Ten homes. One plot size. Fourteen pages.
