This straightforward contemporary house design with a monotonous aspect stacks the bulk vertically to optimize space. The large vertical windows allow for more natural light to enter the space. The concrete contemporary structure’s repeating vertical brickworks enlarge the area and give it a sleek, current appearance. Greystone cladding and aluminum composite panel sheets on the terrace’s floor-ceiling area are used to accentuate the structure’s exterior.

A narrow wall separates the large living room from the rest of the house, which has an open floor plan. As a consequence, the atmosphere in the area is warm, cozy, and roomy.

U-Shaped Kitchen cum Dining:

This 14′ x 14′ contemporary u-shaped kitchen gives the room a futuristic feel.  A kitchen that is connected to the dining area makes the process much simpler. The counter table incorporates the idea of an “eat-in kitchen” by acting as both a breakfast counter and a barrier. The utility is accessible and connected to the kitchen for convenience.

Contemporary Bedroom Design:

Along with providing appropriate lighting and ventilation to the bedroom. A huge window on the side of the bedroom creates the sense that the space is considerably larger.

Balcony Area Design:

This balcony area, which adds a fashionable and modern style to the space with Planters growing along its border, may also aid to cool and cleanse the inside residence. This balcony area, together with the landscaping aspects, serves as an outdoor seating area. Greenery on the balcony and patio area enhances the aesthetic attractiveness. The pergola is the terrace’s most distinctive design element.

The family room is designed to be central in respect to the bedrooms. It provides easy access to the space and fulfilling the same role as the living room. Which also encourages everyone to gather and unwind at the end of the day.
