Story of the Client-
The client, a property owner of 40×60 plot in Bangalore, envisioned building a spacious and luxurious house that would accommodate his family of four, including himself, his wife, and their two daughters. After living abroad for over 15 years, he was eager to settle in his homeland and wanted to build a joint venture with a builder to make his dream home a reality.
The client desired contemporary architecture for his 3BHK house with a loft that he could use as a workspace for his independent consulting firm. Having travelled extensively throughout his career, he wanted a spacious house incorporating the villament concept, offering both a villa’s luxury and an apartment’s convenience. The client was specific in his requirements and wanted dedicated work, socializing, and entertainment spaces. He proposed a double-height living area connecting with the lower space, giving the house an open and airy feel.
