The year 2025 has become a memorable one for us, as we are excited about the culmination of the projects and, most importantly, about our firm’s recent award. Our firm stepped onto the stage at the esteemed Architecture & Interior Design Excellence Awards & Conference in Bengaluru and returned with two awards. One award was for the collective teamwork we put together for projects, while the other was for our lead architect. This is a significant validation of our vision and efforts to push the boundaries of modern residential design.
Our lead architect has been recognised with two prestigious awards at the event held recently at Bengaluru’s Taj West End.
As we entered this venue, we were pleased to see Bangalore’s design community present. This puts our firm into a new chapter to become even more responsible as architects in the future.

Whether we build a Neo-Classical home or a Modern home, our design journey is a seamless experience for both the client and the designer. We believe that a home is more than a shelter; it is a legacy that narrates the lifestyle, aspirations for the future, and philosophies. To make this possible, our team under Ar. Mahantesh, which has grown over the years, is like a backbone. Through the years, we have seen our firm grow in terms of human resources and the number and scale of the projects.
Starting in 2010, we established ourselves as one of the trusted residential architects in Bangalore. The essence of Design Thoughts is that we consider the client’s requirements to suit the site and microclimate, and we follow certain sustainable principles for the residents. This award is an impactful recognition of all the work done over the years.

As we took a moment to look at our journey through the years, we listed a few of our initiatives and future goals that we are excited to pursue. This award is like a stepping stone for us, giving us more responsibilities rather than seeing this as a finishing line.
