Client Persona The clients, with an IT background, sought a peaceful home that connected them to their ancestral roots. Located on the same plot purchased by their parents 20 years ago, they desired a residence that would carry the nostalgia of their past while accommodating their new lifestyle. They plan to retire, start a farm-based business, and enjoy the slow-paced life their property offers. Adjacent to their home, the clients also plan to build a yoga resort, reflecting their new lifestyle choice post-retirement. The design brief was to create a retreat-like atmosphere, distinct from a conventional home. The plot, 20 years old and accessible for agricultural purposes, required a separate vehicle pathway and four parking spaces.
